Gentlemen, (I use this word lightly), The T-Boned F-250 4X4 that I mentioned last fall has not been able to sell at a price the guy was looking for.(there's a surprise, right.) He told me the bottom dollar for the truck is $1200 now. If there is enough interest, maybe we can all get together and pitch in on parts off of the truck and see if we can make worth our while to purchase it. Front and rear axles are good, Most of the interior is in good shape, Front clip is in good shape, Engine and transmission are in working order, Tailgate is in good shape, Passenger side was untouched but the bed is sitting about 4 inches over from the cab. Just throwing it out there to see if anyone is needing parts. Let me know, obviously it ain't going no where, so there is some time if needed.

*****,
You'll be able to use the passenger side for parts for your truck right? F250 means its a TTB (Dusty knows this stuff better than I do) but I think that's a D-50. Still if you wanted 4wd, it would be an easy swap into your truck (I think).
-However just for the bedskin, fender and door, I don't think you'll be much over 200 - 300 if you went digging for parts deals around here.
If I remember correctly it's also the diesel. Do we know which one and which transmission should be in it?
I'm still looking for bits and pieces for the 1 ton, depending on interior color and seat setup, maybe the seat(s) some dash pieces, door panels (nicer than the XL). Bumpers might be nice, depending on condition. still hasn't put us at that 1k mark though yet.
The kicker is finding someone who wants the engine\trans\t-case combo from it.
James,
a 6x6? I can just imagine trying to park that in a shopping center, or paralel park it down town. Ought to be fun. Now out on the beach or at one of Larry's Mud Bog's...

James, I also have a co-worker selling her Expedition for $1500. Heck yeah, Monster Garage time.

It's on the list. The PO had a real love of rattle can black, and not a lot of love for sand paper. All the door handles, grab handles, bumpers, wheels and original grill are black on it, for now. I'd love to have chrome bumpers, with a drop rear bumper, or maybe an aftermarket setup for a winch. Haven't decided yet.
Do you have a good straight bumper your looking to get rid off?
As a side note, this weekend should see some primer on a few pieces.

More done today.
Got the mixture off once (3:1:1 instead of 4:1:1)
Forgot to filter the paint.
My AC unit in the shop blows out dust more than cold air.
Happy with the sanding and the filler work on the bed. The time spent on it really shows.
never assume a box on a part means it's in good shape. Dustin did a great job with the metal though, saved a piece that we thought was going to be new scrap metal.
Very happy with the final days work.
