Very cool,,,, I remember making all three connectors click. But,,,,,, here we go with another screw up!!!!

I need to quit bein so quick to take this apart.

I was worried about that injector cup. I took it down,,, got ready to unplug the #3 connector,,,,,,,,, it's not even plugged in. Wow,,, I was bout to remove the ac box n take the head off(which this doesn't mean it's not still coming off). But I hope not. I'm so freakin used to having my truck down,,,, I don't think I want to finish it????? Not really tho. The #1 injector is one of my original ones (582k). Since 3 n 1 aren't next to each other in the firing order, I'm thinking about changing #1 n leaving 3 in. Would u guys go ahead n pull 3 to check it out??? I did send the wife up just before they closed n got 2 ford injectors. Could change em both, but 3 could still b good.

That's an old timer

Good call to take it down.
The black n white wires were separated from the housing.
This is still the old one

Anthony,
You did not say what was the problem with the starter spinning on
it's own. Or did O just miss that ?
Now that you have the wrappings off the truck and you see the yellow
under body paint?

I don't know what it was?????? I took out the starter, n put it back in... I must've had the angled piece of the small wire touching something? I also didn't have the small power line hooked up on the driver side (I think it runs the computer n everything.)

It Lives

Good Job

Lots of crank

I bet the newer High Press Fuel(6.4L-6.7L) starts Faster and Runs Better Cold

But that 6.0L Will always be easier to wrench

Now that is a good sound.
Don't forget the first trip out about the brakes.
You don't want to find that air bubble the hard way.

Congratulations - it does sound good. Don't forget to hook up the vacuum hose to the heater valve.
