Anthony, that picture doesn't make any sense. BTW, I almost think we should invite Dee004 as well when we do finally get to shake hands and meet up for dinner. If you and the wife need a place to stay the night while passing through, my place will be your place.

It's sad how criminals can get away with soooo much and if you try to take the law into your own hands, you get screwed and the criminal walks away free.

Anyways, Anthony I'm very very impressed with everything you have done when I did head gaskets in my truck I thought I was super deep into it HA!

Good luck with your travels all across the country! Also I am very impressed with the outreach and everyone being so friendly, I am on other forums and they don't even compare to this one, this is like a huge cross country family!

Props to you and everyone else on here

Very cool,,, it's nice to know names of you all, rather than just a screen name.

I made it to south bend!!! Got some pics

They have this setup to test the pressure plate release point

Kinda hard to see, but I think this is released

It's crazy how quick the plate releases tension.

Got me n the wife some shirts!!!

Just a pic of their place

They build the clutches right here

Mansel is the guy there,,, very nice guy,,,
He said that he has a better clutch plate for me,,, I showed him the pic of my old clutch n told him the miles,,, they have a full face clutch with brass in the material. He felt how hard to get n2 gear n said "oh yeah,,, it's coming out"". So the wrenches are coming back out. If I can work out a schedule, they will do it there,, no charge!!!!! Wow,,, could b the tranny too tho,,, prob not, but if so I gotta have a new tranny on call so I ain't stranded. No matter what happens,,, South bend clutch is a great company.

Anthony all I can say is wow! I did read start to finish over the last 2 nights. I think you did a great job on your trucks and on this thread, there was a mountain of info passed back and forth here. You explain yourself very well and plenty of pic's. I personally did learn quite a few things. best of luck with everything.

3 or 4 weeks ago in San Francisco I caught a vagabond stealing tools from the back of my truck.I wrestled his back pack off him, took the bag he was carrying, and sent him down the road with just the cloths he was wearing!!!! I threw all his stuff in the dumpster. People don't like to be treated the way they treat people.

Good! It's nice to actually catch them in the act so we can take matters into our own hands.

It looks good on paper, but the fact is I take no pride in my actions and am ashamed of myself for treating someone like that!!!
