That line swivels just like the old one,,,, hopefully it doesn't leak. The old one didn't drip, but it stayed wet there
Got the crossmember in
Cac is almost in
I hit a deer last year and it broke the brackets on it. I can't see spending all that $$$$$ just because of some brackets. I drilled n put screws in it. It was an imperfect science. If I ever do have to replace the cac, then fine. I used spacers to get it to sit where it needs to be
I need to get the riff raff metal tube for this. Someday I will
I've for new hoses for this ,, but I will just wait til one blows off or years to replace them
Well crap ,,, I took the radiator out before I pushed the truck up to the garage. It won't fit,,, Gotta push ur back a couple inches.
From what I understand, one of the stators main jobs is to help the air flow get to various parts of the engine for cooling - ie alternator, sensors, wiring, and even FICM. I doubt that you will see any negative effects for quite awhile, but many people assert that some of the mentioned components WILL fail early without the stator.
Yeah, I've heard that,,, but honestly,,,, can anyone really say the stator caused components to go out???? They break on trucks every day with stators in. I just think that we are thinking about it with the hood open. Close the hood, and that air is gonna get everywhere it needs to be. I dunno,,, but in willing to try anything once. If I gotta pull my wallet out because of it,,,,, then I will post it up and let everyone know its a bad idea. I'm ok with fessing up about mess ups.

Ok guys,,,, I need help!!!!! With the key in my hand and as I hook up the battery,,,, the starter turns over????? Is t there only three studs on the starter,,,, and the hot line goes to the big one without the bare (ground) wire???? And the switched wire goes to the small stud????
Only the three.
The big RED on for the battery and the smaller Y/LB from the starter relay.
and a ground. Un hook the Y/LB one from starter and see if it has power with the battery
hooked and key off or in your hand.
K,,, the wires are functioning as they should,,,, I realized I didn't have the smaller hot line on the driver side battery... It's on now,,, I'm gonna put the starter back in,,, but my glow plugs aren't making any noise

Glow plugs making noise, you mean the injectors buzz? If not check ficm connectors make sure they are seated
