Thx retired,,, I hope this helps someone out there. I sure wish I could've read this thread before doin the job. I ran the truck for about an hour today ,, the headlights are supposed to deliver tomorrow. I will show them when they're in. I also got a load to run,,,, as soon as the lights get here,,, were heading to Indiana, then to San Diego. I should know how it's gonna be by this time next week.
So far,,, it's running great,,, cold starts are great too. It's been a long time since I can drive it around the yard at cold temps. I pulled it around the house today,,, at 120*. I couldn't tell it was cold by how it was rinnin
I'm takin my normal setup. Which is about everything. Lol.
I might take a walk around video before we pull out. I really like my setup. We are very spoiled. I'm sure I carry more than I need, but oh well. If I lose an alt, or a crank or cam sensor, or an injector, or the cac connector blows off, or an icp, or an ipr needs replacing, it's just a pull over n fix it,,, fix.
I actually changed the alt last night. Yeah, they are junk, but I watch the volts full time, and I put my extra in and swapped the other out. I have 2 Oreillys lifetimes. We spent the night three times waitin to get an alt. never again. It spiked up to 15.5 volts!!!!! That's too much for me.
I am going to the FedEx terminal tomorrow and picking up the headlights. Can't freakin wait. I already added two more switches to run the halos n the drl's and have the wires ran to the front.

Is that the little round piece with the square base that goes into the clutch fork??? The south bend came with a new one. Could it be bad already??? I never heard the stock clutch make any noise at all. I should've went back with stock. What a drag. Wonder if I call south bend, if they would be any help.
