I always like to put a dab of RTV silicone under the HPOP cover where the rear cover and block meet up at the back of the cover.

Stupid question. You didn't forget to install the adapter flange between the flywheel and crank, did you?

I know it sucks, but why don't you just pull the flywheel off and post pics of all the parts in the order you install it onto the crank before you button it up? The reason for this, is because I have heard of several techs that have forgotten to install that piece only to do damage once it was all buttoned up. And I know that would just suck royally for you if you did this. Even more so on a manual transmission truck.

Well, none that show before installing the flywheel.

There were papers in it that said to make sure the fingers weren't angled. I don't think they are.

I bolted it to the plate you kinda see in this pic. Could the flange be stuck to my old flywheel?

I'm going to be up for quite a while.

By the way, that clutch looks like an interesting piece. At least it doesn't have to be placed in a bearing press to have the fingers "reset" like the original ones do, and the ones used on Ford Rangers.

She didn't find it. I'm guessing they're on all of them. Both flywheels are single mass flywheels. I haven't lost any parts,,,,, until now.
