Some very good advice. Get some rest tonight and start fresh in the AM.
Not 1,2,3,4 even 5AM enjoy some good sleep.

I might've just been too cautious while threading the inj clamps in. I think they are good. 26 sure felt like a lot. Thought my wrench was broken, guess not, cause the new one is the same. Lol. Now I have 2.

This isn't the first post you've put up that explained exactly how I'm feeling. I can't stop. It feels downhill now. Lol.

Tempting

Can't tell you how many times I have thought about doing this very thing. The engine compartment in these trucks are hard to work in. Especially when you are back in by the firewall.

And that very statement is exactly why I lift the cabs to do any repairs that involve removal of cylinder heads, and/or the engine itself.

Anthony,
They are used to cap the tube to keep dust and other crap out.
I keep a few sets of different sizes in my tool box.

Had to transfer the stator bolts, mounting bolts, or whatever there called. Lol

And the little bolt that the batt cables attach to

Got the coolant pump n pulley torqued on. Didnt use any sealant. Just the oring. Sure glad that's red. Lol

Crap, already scratched it.

Got new bolts for the crank pulley.

Got the other pulleys on

That sum btch was nasty. It's never been changed

I forgot to take a pic of it cleaned. I sanded it. At least it's easy to replace if my numbers are off. I might replace it ne ways.

What is that piece in the middle of the clutch fork? I ordered one, but will a new one come with the south bend clutch?

I should've looked closer online at the clutch I'm getting. It comes with all of it, plus an alignment tool and a solid flywheel. Very nice. Thx Mike.

If the answer is no, then your truck was originally equipped with an earlier build cylinder head. If the answer is yes (which I believe it is), you have a 20mm cylinder head (I remember you pulling out the four 13mm rocker arm carrier box bolts).
Yeah the old one is 20. The t40 was a bit too sloppy.

K I'm gonna give it a rest. I'm done for today. Thx everybody
