What I need are the insulated contact strips for the positive and negative power supply from the cap to the wall plates.

Just watch out for "cheep" SS like the stuff walmart sells. make sure a magnet wont stick to it. If you dont need them to long take a hammer and flatten out a plate cover and cut into strips. Then you could cover them with shrink tubing or they make a rubber tool coating that you could dip them in.

Well, all the "Stainless Steel" rulers at Walmart and at Staples were total magnetic crap, but I did find (after days of looking) some cheap, REAL CHEAP, "made in India" camping/BBQ forks that were long enough at ACE!

Hard as hell to drill through.

And as for those "Smack" booster needing those 7/32" SS nuts, the closest I can get to them in SS is 3/16", so we get to see if they also work.
I went to Grainger, Fasenall, ACE, Menards, Home Depot are the only ones close to me, and none of them carry 7/32" in Stainless Steel.
MSC is too far and that one office way out there stocks NOTHING AT ALL.
Strictly order and pick up.
And if none of the others carry them, I doubt they do.

I can see it now ... a bunch of bubbling forks hanging in a line!

Cut SS very slowly with a very sharp-hard tool or it will work harden.

Still smokin in northern Ca.

I'm using three of them for the connectors from the top, the one that goes across the bottom, and I will be removing the two prongs from all three of them.

I still can't find that silly little one way check valve.

A stepped drill bit works perfectly for drilling the plates.

And I do have a Drill doctor for the one getting beat to hell on the forks as it only survived drilling one hole, and I need to drill one more as the fork handle already had one on the end of them hang on the BBQ.

E-books

[QUOTE=With that said if anybody wants that manual for free (sorry Mestrell) I have it! With the pdf zipped up, it is 7.63mb so you have to be able to receive large files in your email or I could post it on one of those file sites if anybody wants it. Oh I also have another one labeled "Run a car on water". I'm happy to share these if anybody wants it......as long as it's not breaking any rules here![/QUOTE]

I'm very interested in both e-books. Have beed doing some research into HHO concept and if I can build a viable system would be great. Not sure how to send you private message, your profile doesn't have contact info. Please send to dvildg@hotmail.com

Thanks to all for your great work on this site. While I don't post much, this has saved me lots of time and money over the years...

Hey,

My buddy and I are doing some research on HHO, and I got to say it looks promising. The unit that Milehigh built looks strong and might do the trick for big engines. As I understand it, diesels don't have 02 sensors, but need the MAP sensor tricked so not to dump more fuel in. The PWM is suppossed to reduce the amp load with the same output of HHO. The bubbler is for flashback safety device. I like the mounting in the bed, beats the little glass jars that water4gas uses in the engine compartment. Keep up the great work...

The nice thing about IDI diesels is there is no O2 sensor and no MAP sensor.

The only thing that dumps in more fuel is your right foot.

Is there any proof this 'HHO' concept works?

No, there is NO proof.
There is more proof ufo's exist than HHO mods work.

I read this article.

dvildg, just save your money.

All the major car companies invest billions of dollars into improving fuel efficiency, which helps them sell their cars over their competitors. Don't you think they would add cheap products like these if they worked.

I tried the SS wire wound around a plexiglass center method. Yes I got some bubbling so I added 15" more wire to the 30" I already was using. The glass jar got much hotter, the water evaperated faster and in about 2 weeks the wire burned in 2. I just finished installing a HHO using SS plates inside 4" PVC. The first thing that happened was the 10 amp fuse blew. I added a 30 amp fuse as that was all I had. You can see the water boiling much more and more steam/hydrogen or what ever coming off the water. Also I'm using windshield washer fluid instead of water. I'll add more information as I find out what happens. Yes all of the car companies are investing money to improve fuel efficiency. The question I have is how much are the oil companies investing to keep the rest of us paying the high price of gas/diesel instead of giving up their strangelhold on us. Right now we don't have any choice but to buy from the big oil companies and thats the way they want it. If there's a way to use somthing other than their oil do you really think they will admit that there is a better/cheaper way to fuel our vehicles? I realise we still pay less than a lot of countries but there are places that still pay less than $1.00. As long as people are unhappy with things the way they are, They will try to chnge them.

HEY DOUGPHYSICS, We here believe it and have proof of it. If you want to talk about how it works then post here. if you want to talk about how its dont work then post some were else. The big reason that auto companies dont use it is that its not like a gas tank that you fill and go. there are a lot of things to watch and keep track of to keep it working right. and just so you know some are working on it. they just made a car that used HHO to make electric to run an electric motor. If you can say you have done all the test and it dont work then fine but if not then dont knock the people that try. laws are made to be broke. 32 pages and i think this is the first basher of it???????????

The concept here is not energy for free, perpetual motion, or overunity. The idea here is that diesel fuel does not burn completely in the combustion chamber and by introducing small amounts of hydrogen, it might be possible to burn more fuel that would have otherwise not burned completely. Some have posted promising results so far and there are even FREE plans on the internet to make your own generator to see for yourself if it works or not.

This thread is not set up to debate the laws of physics as scientists have written them. It is set up to make a device and observe the results for ourselves. I'm not a scientist, but I thought thats what science was supposed to be about.
