I torqued the rocker boxes now

This is how they are

Lubed them

Here's the center rocker numbers.

I'm now wondering about the dowels that came with the rockers. The main plate doesn't sit flat on the rocker box with the dowel on the stud. The dowel doesn't fit in the hole of the rocker

Here's a pic of the dowel

N here's what happens when I tighten it on the dowel

I've got extra dowels tho. But I'm bout to just leave em off in the centers. The dowels on the sides were never removed from the rocker boxes and fit fine.

Ok. Got the rockers on,,, had to reuse the spacers on the bolts,,,, oh well.

Lets do it.

I coated the studs first

Then put the washers on and pushed em down with the brush and coated them

Then I coated inside the nuts and the mating surface on them and hand tightened

Oh yeah!!!!! This outta do it

11/16 gm goodwrench 12 point,,,, Let's c if it holds up

Torque sequence

I called arp today and asked about the values. Even tho there's 500 k on them,,, he said I'm good to do 70-140-210ftlb sequence.
