Not too much snow actually, the stuff we did get was heavy. The drifts out there are rock hard packed. Can't imagine hitting them on the hwy

Here's those pics of that F250 from last winter

AFter I pulled him out:
Bumper pushed in, paint cracked, grill/valance pushed in ect

The drift he plowed through at 90......Doesn't look like it but it's deep. tracks were packed hard from me moving back and forth to get to him.

That was and still is Serina's favorite driver. She was soooo nice to the kids.
Even if the bus gets stuck and she can't get a tow, let them know If i'm around I'll zip over and give a helping hand

Nice, what an idiot lol. Last winter I pulled out a little G5 outta the ditch. There was probably a solid 2 feet of snow in the ditch, I got him out in under half an hour and that includes hooking and unhooking the tow straps, having to stop to lock my hubs, and getting myself unstuck. My girlfriend couldn't believe how easy it was because it took her dad over an hour to get her car outta 2 inches of snow when she hit the ditch. I'm still waiting to pull my first victim outta the ditch this winter, but its a good thing if I don't get to.

She is very nice, but there we're a few kids that did get to her. I don't think anyone could do that job and not get annoyed with some of the kids. She did say that your daughter was one of the best kids, very well behaved, and always polite.

Oh and I pulled a Jeep patriot outta some trail last winter too. That was a big mistake... the trail was hard packed, I walked on it to check before I took my truck on it. He was only about 50 ft. off the road down this trail so I didn't think any thing of it. So I drove my truck on the trail, no problem, pulled him out, no problem. Trail wasn't wide enough to turn around on so I was gonna back out. Got to close to the side and it pulled one of my back wheels in. Ok put it in drive and get myself out. My co-worker that was riding with me at the time found a spot big enough for me to drive in to turn around that didn't look very deep. Made the mistake of not checking it first, drove my truck in and was right away in bumper deep snow... So after about an hour of digging, we get my truck outta that hole. Then took about another half hour to back my truck outta the trail because my truck would just sink and slide off to the side back into the deep snow... That was a fun adventure... Lesson learned, next time I can't reach them from the road, call a tow truck haha.

Those are some serious winds. We're still 50 gusting to 70. Hasn't let up all night/day. Winds were much worse throughout the night. Have no idea what they peeked at in the area but they were up there.
I dont mind not having power, but NO COFFEE.....How did you survive? I would have taken a trip to a timmies.

Found a site. Winnipeg's max was 82km/h. AND we set a record high for yesterday. +3.3C. I knew it was warm, just not that warm.
Only in MB/SK can it go from -35 to plus 3 in a matter of hours. Then drop from +2 to -20 in another couple hours. (was up till 4am, It was plus 2 at midnight when the wife texted a good night and minus 20 when I finally hit the hay) Then the good ole bus driver called for no school..........6:21am. lol
I stay up usually with bad storms, always worry about the power going off and not having a back up plan ready. So I kept the stove fired up in the mancave all night!!
Summer time i'm the same way. Love extreme weather, just not the reprecusions of it. (if I spelt that right....lol)

It`s a good thing it warmed up to a record high of plus 8 here yesterday keeping the snow from blowing out wise we'd be buried till spring. It`s a nice day now, hardly any wind and very sunny.
If it`s only for a few hrs I can make do with Coke for my caffeine fix rather than drive into town for Timmies.

Last year one of my dads friends bought a new snowmobile without his wife's permission and she was not too happy about it. So my dad bought him a shirt that says "at least the snowmobile doesn't complain when I try to ride it". We thought it was hilarious but my dad's friend didn't seem to think so

Howdy guy's. I didn't get a chance today to Good mornin Yall. Woke up to a plugged driveway. Tried to drive out an got stuck. My bro was phoning every hr looking to see when I'd be in (he's not use'd to manning the phone's) I finally got the driveway somewhat clean'd, van unstuck, and got to work at noon. Then Crap hit the fan, a truck averted an accident at the MB/SK border and took the ditch. I called for a towtruck at 9pm, last night and was told it would be recovered in 2 hrs, no calls, and found out this morning that they pulled him out at 10am today. That was just the start of a very crazy day. Glad You SK boy's finally got a break in the weather. After the last 2 yrs, you deserve it, now it's our turn. Curt: glad your wife is finally able to cuddle-up at home. Randy: I bought my 56 without my wife knowing (thank God I'm a lover not a fighter) It's been just over 2 yrs, and finnaly all is good (she picked the color). Mo, G, Sherm, and all the other great FTEer's, have a great night, and stay safe. We'll chat in the morning. Fart Sack in 1/2 hr.
