Hey falcon queen... Im on the fence about getting a couple Norwegian Fjiords for our acreage. While i enjoy sledding, riding live animals has always been very enjoyable. Im sure my little girls would really enjoy a sleigh ride with a team also.
They are cool horses but have a hard time with our wet springs and falls, their feet I'm refering to. Look into a team already trained, Appy's are native to our country n tough. Or think big horse power, go heavy horse( go thru deeper snow). Also I raise Appaloosa's .
Dad was a real big fan of horses, he preferred them over machinery.
Very sad stuff, alcohol and anything don't mix.
We have a lake here called Scucog(spelling may be wrong)each year that lake takes at least 2-7 lives.
Never really cared for the machines, prefer to hook up the horse n sleigh with bells of course. With the equine machine you can't run out of gas, don't have to change the oil lol.
That's true, but you sure have to keep putting the feed through those equine beasties!
My daughter is a big horse fan. One day when I was on Kijiji I noticed my watch list had gone up. Not only had she marked horses she had also put a few acreages on the watch list.
Howdy all. Got home late last night from an out of town high school hockey tourney for Jordan. Just the 2 of us, Dawn and Kalan stayed home. I have a hard time sleeping in a strange bed. I tried to sleep in but couldn't, fell asleep on the couch, grocery shopped, and did some banking. Now it's time to make crab Alfreado for supper. Dawn and Jordan are at the high school allstar game (as spectaters). Jordan did get most valuable player in game 1 out of 4, 38 shots on him against 12 on the other goalie. he let in 3, the 4th on an empty net. He also played game 4 in a 2-1 loss. The other team all tapped him on the pads after the game. I've never seen that before. again the shot's he took were in the high 30's, made me very proud. Kalan just spent 2 hrs on the rink out back, and due to electrical problems in my shed, I can't turn the outside lights on. Maybe i'll just tape a couple of flashlight's on his helmet. Have a great night'all.
Goooooooooood Morning Guys/Gals!!

Despite the crazy cold weather, the saving grace is the amount of snow we have to play in.

This may sound cruel but if you break down out there in no mans land, just like ur husky they will keep u warm and if worse comes to worse u can eat'em.
Try Chewing on a fuel line LOL.
Good evening everyone. So my girlfriends car is still a pain in the butt, hopefully I can track down the guy I know in town that's really good with electronics and get him to fix it. If not, I might just be bringing it down south to have it fixed... I can't wait till we get rid of this car for a new one...
