I see nothing in your repair sheet that indicates a replacement of the evaporator. (or the condenser)
They replaced the evaporator expansion valve the dryer, the accumulator and the compressor and flushed the rest of the system.
F450 Lariat Godzilla
manufacture date 8th to 12th April 2024
Collected from dealer Wed 19th June
Failed Tue 25th June, having driven approx 950 miles.
I'm travelling, so I'm nowhere near the selling dealer, and I'm flying to Europe on Saturday for quite a while, so I'll just have to leave it at the local dealer until it's fixed! What a PITA!!
Temperature today in Oregon was up to 100°F and had to drive in it for 5 hours!!!!!!!!!!!
So two weeks since taking it in, they have now looked at it and confirmed that the compressor and clutch need replacing. No timescale from Ford yet.
It would be great if we could bound the failures by Build Date
Can the members who reported but did not include a Build Date, please add it?
is the "Build date" the date in the lower right under the MSRP on the window sticker? ... in the example below 5/14/24?
Make a copy of your warranty docs and physically go to the accounting department at your dealership. Tell them you want the warranty/s canceled effective that date. They should complete the cancelation docs there with the cancelation quote. The amount credited to your loan should be the full amount or close to it. A $25 processing fee might be taken off the warranty purchase price. Make sure the accounting rep signs it, make sure you sign it, then request copies of the docs. After a week ore so, I called the the third party company (Triton Protect) to make sure they received docs from the dealership. If not, get their email and send a copy to them and verify they received them. It should take 3-6 weeks until the funds are credited to your account. They might try to get you to keep it. Don't budge. You can always purchase an extended warranty (Ford Premium Care) when you get closer to the factory warranty cancelation date. And for a cheaper price. Salesman make their money on these overpriced, garbage, third party warranties at time of purchase.

Unfortunately I'm joining the AC compressor failure club.
2024 F450 HO 6.7L Limited
3/24 build date
Started to fail at 5,150 miles on a road trip (could power off AC system and power it back on and it would work for 1-15 minutes, repeat ect) at about 6,000 miles it fully quit working, got it into the dealer @ 6,150 miles 7/8/24 they said that the AC compressor has failed and will need to replace the compressor and ac condenser with NO eta on the compressor. Had to pick up the truck from the dealer to use it.

Last Wednesday, July 3, I emailed Ted Cannis, CEO, Ford Customer Service, asking for help getting a compressor, as it had been since April 29th that I placed my original warranty claim. On Monday, July 8, I received a phone call from a very helpful lady, representing Mr. Cannis' office. She thanked me for emailing and told me she would be shipping my compressor, this week and she'd be in touch. Yesterday, July 9, she called me again and told me the compressor had shipped and it would be at the dealership, today. I had to call the dealership to find out my compressor had been delivered, this afternoon. I'll take my truck in, tomorrow for repair.
I encourage y'all to contact Ted Cannis, CEO, Ford Customer Service. Hopefully, y'all will get the courtesy I received.
