Easy fix. Drop link should have an adjuster in it. Make sure front wheels are straight and turn adjuster until steering wheel is straight. Be sure to retighten clamps on drop link adjuster when done.
Sous told me in the past which direction to turn it, but I do not have this adjuster until today so, I do not remember. I would think since my steering wheel is turned to the left I need to shorten the rod to pull it towards the right.
My steering wheel is crooked! By quite a bit unfortunately
For the steering wheel, first make sure to take off your beer goggles, if you have them on. Center the actual wheels and adjust the linkage between the steering gear and the passenger side tie rod. That centers your wheel. Remember the flat spot? You can't adjust it there. Drive down the road and note whether the wheel is straight or not and tweak the adjustment as needed.
And me thinks you meant to say 41, not 31. My lifted one is 41.5 front and 42.5 rear. Difference between yours and mine are my tires are 33's.

Correct, you want to shorten the drop link. Just turn adjuster one way and see if it’s the right direction. If not, simply reverse direction.
Not at all! No need to apologize. I'm glad you did actually! It's been bothering me that I lied to Sous. I wanted to speak up myself but was to embarrassed! Thank you good sir!
Do not ever be embarrassed for being yourself. You may do something embarrassing and we might laugh with you a bit, but we will make sure you are OK first. Look at your fender bender on the way up for example. We asked how we can help and made it right the best we could.
We all make mistakes, it is how we recover from them that sets us apart. Even if I/we knew that your FTE name was from anime, we would still have gone on the hike in the woods to the waterfall, still gone up Brasstown Bald mountain and still had lunch at the BBQ joint up the road from the SSJ ranch.
Look at the positive side of Leonard bringing your anime interests to light. Now you don't feel obligated to change your FTE name. You will have to do one thing for me though when we meet again at a GTG, you will have to tell me how to properly say Hyakkimaru.

Laying looking up or at the sleeve on the bar, just remember DR and UL. Like Dr. and UL listed.
DR = Rotating the sleeve down will turn the steering wheel to the right.
UL = Rotating the sleeve up will turn the steering wheel to the left.
I believe the bolts are 15 mm, but I could be wrong. Just move the sleeve an inch at a time and test drive 1/2 mile or so. Take your tools with you and adjust in a safe place until the steering wheel is centered.

Thanks you Sous and everyone else. Truly, thank you. For everything. And you're right, I have no reason to change my username now. I will happily teach you how to say it when we meet each other again next month!

I'm saving this! It should be listed in the tech folder somewhere! Im going for a drive now! Thanks!

Hell, some people are proud to drive vehicles with Iveco engines with that hilariously-pronounced French name of Fiat that sounds like "RAM".
Guess there's no hiding it now! I am an avid anime watcher. Which is where my name came from. Sous had asked me in the past but, it was embarrassing I guess so I told him it was randomly generated. Of course I felt bad for saying this and lying but, I didn't want to get into the whole anime thing and being embarrassed at the GTG. The cat is out of the bag!
Sorry Sous!
I'll second (third, 4th, or what ever its up to now) no need to be embarrassed. I'm not as well versed in anime as some here apparently (I'm not at all) but I do watch a plenty of it as well. Better than most of the live action dramas and reality shows that pass for TV over here. Better story, better characters, better plot, even the recycled story lines have show some creativity.
I don't talk about watching anime either, mostly because I'm not very vocal, but am regularly surprised by the number of guys around work I hear talking about it.
Damned fine work you are knocking out on the truck too.
Next quandary....
X codes or V codes? I have both sitting here but don't want to raise the rear. So many options.....so little time.
Before anyone has a fit about grinding on those caliper brackets, go look at one of your stock front 250/350 brackets....these still have THREE TIMES the cross-sectional area of those tiny things.
WooHoo!!
Tristan your truck is the snizzle wizzle. Tell Dad his weld looks good from here. LOL
Wish I could see the look on customers face when you say " Oh sorry for delay yesterday, I made my 2WD truck a 4WD over the weekend! ". Just few minor setbacks that I needed to overcome yesterday.
Great job and I am proud of you. Your determination is awesome. Many would have thrown in the towel. I would have thrown towel in until spring weather. LOL

So do we get to see the vehicle its going to call home?
