    message continue....
Well on this new 4-4 wheel it will not spin on by hand and when i ask clay he said to chase with a 1/4 28 tap to "loosen" it up.. I did that and still not able to get it fricken to spin on. It "feels" like the threads in wheel are not the same as on shaft.. When i tried to screw tap in teh 5-5 wheel it would turn not a lot and bind up unlike on teh 5-5 wheel it would screw in nice and easy. I have been told by WAY to many to take the turbo off and hold the back side of exhaust vane and screw it on.

Have you have any issue when you installed the 4-4 wheel and was it work all the pain in the ass to take all the crap off, which I did year or so ago to replace bearing and o'ring on pedestal etc. So i was wondering if you thought the 4-4 wheel was better for towing than the 5-5 wheel.

    thanks my man

    Hey Sarge,,
was wondering on teh 4 -4 wheel vs teh 5-5 wheel and if it helps with pulling when you have the trailer hooked up. I have a Riff Raff 5-5 wheel and got a 4-4 wheel jan of last year.. I tried to install it like the other 5-5 wheel.. take off the compressor housing, blip it with my air gun and spin off, take new wheel spin on by hand and short blip of air gun to get it seated on problem. ( that was how i removed the OEM wheel to install teh 5-5 wheel.)

i am breaking this into 2 message. !!

Enjoy those two months! A little decompression and adjustment time is definitely welcome after 2+ decades of serving our country. I wish I had that luxury but an enlisted retirement does not go far in SoCal with a family and two vehicles that get 12-14 mpg.

Glad to see another member from Georgia... and really love to see a clean engine bay. I can't understand these people who just let years of dirt/grim pile up on the engine !

I replied to your question about the vision 81 heavy haulers! Mine are 8 on 170, wouldn't try anything else.
