I thought it was supposed to settle down after I put weight on it. The front of this truck is so freaking tall. The top of the grill is level with my neck. Are you sure this is a stock height front end? I am doing a serious Carolina squat right now. My truck is reminding me of those people that walk around with their pants hanging below their butt.
Those are not factory front spring hangers. The top parts are....but something is mounted to them adding 3" of distance between them and the OEM spring mounting point.

Oh I see now. Well that's what the other truck had. I got the back lift blocks the other truck had as well so it should level out. I thought it was factory.
Well damn..... I don't know how to feel about that. It's looks like it's a 4 inch lift all the way around. Front and back. I don't dislike it but, will 285's look ok on there?
Same holds true for the corrosponding add on doohicky (or flipped over stock casting) at the rear shackle of the front springs, in the photo posted as I was preparing this one.
Unless, that is, you want the lift. If so, then these parts are a unique way to offer lift without affecting ride comfort, unlike adding more leaves or stiffer leaves with higher arches.
But they COULD effect front drive drive shaft, steering geometry, and emergency/evasive handling.
Looks like 3" just in the front. The front and rear springs (as well as the block you're holding) are stock but the mounting points for the front springs are lowered 3".
Cody, can he just remove the adapters to put them back to stock?
Edit: looks like Y2K is already on that subject while I was catching up reading the thread. That’s the only bad thing about a hot thread. Stop in to catch up and by the time I read 10 posts and type, my comment it’s already outdated.
