So much intellectual property was moved out of the US and its allies into China out of the greedy profit. Governments did nothing then. They underestimated China greed, ambition, and brutality. They ignore China past aggressions toward their neighbors.
With the world getting smaller due to better air travel, international trades and long distance military weapons, the US is their neighbor, and will learn a costly lesson if not acted properly.
