Took a quick look at the link. There is a diagram in there that matches what this truck has, and correct model year and all. But no luck finding the replacement lines yet. I'll keep looking.
Bob,
I also checked out JC Whitney with no luck either.
Based on the link Dusty provided Supply line is 3\8 and return line is 5\16. Auto zone has stock nylon line running about 45 per 25 foot length for 3\8's and 15 for 10 feet of 5\16. I'd still need connectors, which can run upwards of 12 per connector.
Check Amazon. Dorman makes the fittings, probably line too. I don't care for AZ.
I'm not a big fan of AZ or Advance, but I do check their websites for parts when I'm looking for them. I also check Amazon, in case they have it cheaper, or the same price, as Amazon offer's a lot of free shipping and I am set up with the Amazon Smile which donates a little money to a charity I choose.

Beyond getting them off another truck the same age, the only option I see is making them. Never seen a nylon fuel line go bad
The lines are brittle, (27 years old) and it's a case of since I'm in there, let's replace what I can while I can access it easily.
I pulled the vent out of the mid ship tank and it's got rust in it as well. Guess it's repair or replace that one as well. That will definately be an amazon order unless I can find it cheaper somewhere else.
Mine didn't have much actual buildup, just loose crap in the bottom. The 40/42 AZ has really ticked me off lately with service. Oddly enough my lines arent brittle, but i have seen later diesels with in-tank fuel pumps and factory rubber hose with those connections.

I try to look up parts and part number prior to going to the stores to make sure they have exactly what I need. Amazon has the mid ship tank for 60 bucks. I think that's an easy time saver for me vs. trying to clean out the old tank. The gas is green in it!!!
Saturday I'm going to mow in the morning and do a few other chores around the house, then I will probably head out to the shop in the afternoon. Get the tanks and lines pulled, hook the jeep up and drag the old truck out of the shop so I can hit it with the pressure washer. Then bump it back in. Sunday I think Mary and I are going to try to put the Kayak in a lake somewhere. Don't suppose anyone else here has a flat water kayak laying around?
