So today I did herculiner on my bed rail caps. Came out great! the front locating holes for a canopy or whatever used to be really dented so I fixed those up, looks like new now. It used to have diamond plate bed rail caps and the top corners were all rusty and really scratched up and it just looked bad. Here's 7 pictures of what I did for 5 hours today.
I'll do the inside of the bed in the spring along with the bed rail holes.
Matthew - I think I like it, but the "thinking" is because I really can't see it. Can you post another picture taken in the daytime? I'm planning something similar for Dad's, although I'll probably use color-matched liner, and am debating where to stop it.
Yeah, I'll get some pictures in a few minutes when I go out in the garage. It looks very nice right now. I took those pictures out of impulse when I got done lol.
Looks pretty good. I'm happy with it. It got moisture all over it at night but didn't seem to affect it. It's dry but still very slightly soft, I suppose it'll take several days to cure up.
Bed liners take around 1-2 days to fully cure. At least the Line-X ones I used to deal with did. I still walked on the stuff and it was fine but they recommend not putting anything heavy on it. Since washington is cold it might take yours a little longer but I would think 1-2 full days.

Plus with it having moisture on it it probably will take longer, it's mostly dry now and I just checked it and it's pretty hard now, but still not cured.
Any time, I noticed the more it dries it's kind of turning grey in spots, if it dries like that I'll just spray paint it gloss black. I've read of people spray painting the bed liner and it stays black for years.
