Doing the keto thing since Jan 1-- have not cheated except 1 time I ate chicken at a Chinese place that had teriyaki sauce on it -- I had eaten more salad then a damn rabbit- no dressing - andf loads of plain shrimp-- and hard boiled eggs for breakfast-- Riding the excersise bike every other day-------- I gained a pound--- FML!

don't give up! i bet you're losing fat and gaining muscle at about the same pace! i'm curious, how much water are you drinking every day?

Jeez dude, that really is rough. I agree with Turd-250, I bet you riding on the exercise bike has a lot to do with it. I lost 20 lbs my first month on keto and then around 10 lbs a month after that (minus the vacation\holiday months where we slipped a lot) and it was pretty consistent all year with no exercise mixed in.
This year I've mixed in exercise and I will say that the weight loss does seem to have slowed down quite a bit in comparison to the past. I do feel more tone though and I'm able to exercise longer and harder so I can tell that I'm physically improving. I'd say keep at it another month man, as long as your feeling better then it's worth it!
SO Saturday had the guys over- we ate at a burger place- I had 1 burger- no bunn and ice tea-- My wife was mad that we didn't get Pizza after the work was done- but since I don't really eat much supper I didn't even think about it. They had pork chilli for a dinner last night at the church I had some-- but I do not think it was very keto. (Didn't realizes it until 1/2 way through) I am on such a "Truck High" or I would really and truly be seriously depressed about my weight right now.
I ate pretty poorly over the weekend, but kept moving all weekend, Saturday I was down helping Flip, Sunday I cooked all morning, then went to my cousin's and replaced their walk through garage door which took most of the afternoon and evening, then this morning I was down a pound from Friday which is 3 lbs less than I expected to be at considering how I ate over the weekend.
My weight has been fluctuating over the weekends but settling out after dieting all week. I'm around 230 every Sunday morning, then down to 225 every Friday for the past several weeks. I'm not making any weight loss progress but at least I've been working out like a champ and would like to think that some of that is muscle mass. We'll see after a few months, either I'll be semi-ripped or semi-flabby like I am right now!
I was staring 220 in the face after the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays, I couldn't believe how easy it was to shoot up in weight in that short of time. This morning I was 212.5, and I am back on the lose 2 lbs per month plan. My check in date will be the 16th of each month.

Same here man, my lowest was 223.8 right before Thanksgiving and it's been a struggle to even get back to that point. Between the added exercise and pausing the diet on the weekends, I'm not sure I will get any lower at this point. 60 lb loss may just be my total end result, which I'm still happy with.
i have a whole bunch of projects right now, usually that will keep me out of the kitchen lol! and most of these projects should result in cash in my hands, so it makes it pretty easy to stay busy making money instead of staying in side eating groceries lol
