174lbs holding steady! doing a little extra on the bike with the kiddo, walking with the family, and doing extra chores around the house is exhausting me! i can barely eat enough of what i'm eating lol!

My diet I've got it pretty much pinpointed right now:

immediately post workout in teh morning: 1 egg + 8oz egg whites and 8-12 oz juiced veggeis with pulp
snakiepoo 1 - protein shake, peanut butter/walnuts & apple/celery
snakiepoo 2 - 4 eggs (fried/cooled or boiled) and a hunk of baked sweet potato
lunchiepoo - 2 baked tilapia fillets, half an avacado, and as much chopped cabbage as i can fit in the container with the fish
snackiepoo 3 - baked chicken breast and about 12-3/4 cup of raw veggeis
supper - usually somethign relatively healthy like pan fried salmon over a heaping bed of greens. sometimes is just all the leftovers jammed together and fried up as fajitas or something lol
snackiepoo 4 - sometimes i'll do an apple and unflavored/unsweetened yogurt, or apple and peanut butter, or a bowl of unsweetened cereal like Post Shredded Wheat

Workout is flip flopping between two schedules depending on whats going on.

routine 1:
M - Chest & Triceps, Abs (rectus ab)
T - Cardio &/or HIIT, Obliques
W - Back & sometimes Biceps, Abs
Th - Cardio &/or HIIT, Obliques, ... sometimes I do a lot of pushups and maybe triceps since i'm 3 days out from Bench day
F - LEGS!!! and Abs. and Shoulders
Sat - usually a little cardio and some back workouts
Sunday - active rest

routine 2:
M - Chest & Triceps, Abs (rectus ab)
T - Back & sometimes Biceps, Obliques
W - LEGS and Abs
Th - Cardio &/or HIIT, Obliques, ... sometimes I do a lot of pushups
F - Triceps, Shoulders. Biceps, and maybe cardio, but always Abs
Sat - usually a little cardio and some back workouts
Sunday - active rest

Wow!!

I fell off the wagon a few months ago, I think stress is getting to me. I haven't shot up in weight, but I see the scale creep up a little each week.

I'm going to write a book about my weight loss shenanigans! I still have a lot to learn as far as how to keep this up with a kiddo, and dealing with those type of emergencies, hopefully i'll have something readable after i get through my first year as a parent! I've already got the TOC and sections lines out. and I have some draft material that I've written up before, so it seems doable, but i have no idea how it'll turn out.as long as at least one other person benefits from it that's all i really care about lol

hey do you guys want to be in my book? lol! Or at least take a looksie and give me feedback? i'm going to have a lot of relational info in it based on just regular good folk like us, not a bunch of deep-pocket commercial or hollywood crap that's all over the internet.

Pfff…. my wife met me for lunch. She wanted something fast, so we ate at Five Guys. I ordered one burger, then her order was wrong, so they brought her another. I ate her wrong one too. She pulled one of the patties off of her burger and took it home, because when she ordered she didn't know it came with two patties. I was short on time to make dinner, so I warmed her patty up and threw some cheese on it and had it for dinner.

I expected to weigh in 3 lbs heavier today. I was down a lb and a half..

But if I ate nothing but lettuce, for breakfast, lunch and dinner, I would gain weight. I can't figure it out.. I know I am doing it all wrong, but its just frustrating.

Please don't call it a Snakiepoo in the book... LOL!!!

My wife has been doing so well on her weight loss journey, and all I have done is gained weight. I bought a guitar thinking it would turn me into a skinny rock star, but it hasn't so far. Maybe I have to pick up a cocaine habit first.
