I ordered a tripple cheese burger with hot sauce and blue cheese/hot sauce the other day---- first time ever did that--- no bun no fries- just the cheese burger- I know should have had a single-- but I just worked the pancake feed for church and didn't even snack on anything! plus my last 3 meals had been chicken salads (grilled) - but it sat in my stomach like a brick for the rest of the day.
Thursday and Friday were travel days. Thursday lunch I had a tuna wrap that was left over in the fridge at one of our locations, then a taco fajita salad from a Mexican restaurant, then for lunch on Friday I had a grilled chicken salad. This is really behaving for me when I travel, because typically I go all out. This time.. I came back 3 lbs heavier. ugh... After that, I kind of said the heck with it this weekend. Now I have a bunch of catching up to do.
That is awesome! thanks for showing us! I have been gone since Thursday, so haven't been present much on the inter web.
Thank you for sharing the info. I am not certain I have the drive to be quite that healthy, but it gives me inspiration.
thanks for the good feedback! i figured pictures tell the story a lot better than me lol

man that's exactly what happens to me! yesterday I ate some bbq, but i didn't eat any bread or mac-n-cheese, pretty much just some brisket, ribs, chicken, and cabbage. I DID have a pice of cake lol, but neither here nor there, that meal lodged in there for teh whole rest of the day!
Yesterday 214.3.... Today 211.1... I don't get it. I started out the day trying to behave myself, then kind of got an overwhelming hunger and ate like crap the rest of the day. I became a couch potato last night and watched my iPad. Yet if I nibbled on a leaf of lettuce, and drank nothing but water, I would have probably gone up 4 lbs... I just can't second guess my weight I guess.
several years ago, we bought a fancy treadmill, it was hooked up to wifi, had video, could hook up to news, or other things. Well, because it was Wifi, it had to be updated for security every so often. Well... the most recent update failed, and now its a 400 lb brick. We called in to support, and they said it can't be repaired. I started disassembling it last night so that I could get this behemoth back up the stairs. I removed the motor from it weighing in somewhere around 50 lbs maybe, and started taking some of the other parts off of it as well that I will keep for parts. I was researching that I can use this 4.25 HP motor as a power generator. I am going to look further into that. I am still in the beginning research of it, but I had always wanted to try.
I tell you all of that to tell you this. My goal is to lose 2 lbs per month, and I have 3 days to only lose 3 lbs to meet that goal... : (
My experience with home gym equipment is that the most exercise I get is hauling it in and out of the basement-- :-) I have been using my eliptical though.
3 lbs in 3 days... you could easily evacuate your bowels and drop some water weight. That would mean eating diuretic stuff like asparagus like twice a day, plenty of other fiberous veggies, just enough lean meat to fill in the gaps, plenty of water, and then maybe the hard part... Wait as late as possible in the day to eat breakfast and then eat supper as early as possible. A.k.a intermittent fasting with about 500 calories less than you normally eat... it takes some doings, but it'll work! And it's still healthy too
