anyway, what i learned about keto recipes like the cheesecake one, is that it's not a good idea for me lol! i just start eating it til its gone or til i have a stomach ache lol
Keto pizza made from almond flour gets me the exact same way. Sure it's a "keto" friendly option for pizza, but I can easily wolf down the whole thing in one sitting and a whole pizza does NOT fit into my daily count of 25 or less carbs
SOme evil person has been storing farts in my behind--- loads and loads of them-- way beyond the normal amount of gaseous waste--- Just a constant barrage from a 60mm howitzer all day- all night - and into this morning-- Must have something to do with the stomach bug I had over the weekend?
I was down to 209.0 this morning, but today I leave for Western Ks until Thursday, so I don't expect much success with weight loss during this time that I am gone.
weighed in at 208.3 this morning, tomorrow is my scheduled weigh in day, so if I can maintain today, I am right on schedule for this month's weight goals.
I went from 208.3 on Friday to 216 on Saturday. My memory of Saturday was that I ate fairly well, and while complaining to my wife about the weight gain, she had a different view of my food intake. I guess I though I behaved myself, but she said otherwise.
This morning I weighed in at 212.4.. time to start over : (
I feel ya man, I weighed in at my all-time low on Saturday morning at 224 but the turned around and ate enough junk that day to pop me backup to 228 by the next day.
Back to the grind today, had a bowl of steamable broccoli\cauliflower\butter with half a pack of freshly cooked bacon crumbled over the top. Also had some pork rinds with spinach and artichoke dip. Was getting tired of grilled chicken salads for lunch all the time and decided to shake things up.
i could eat steamed broccoli and cauliflower every day!
though, i could eat chicken salad every day too... lol
I weighed 179lbs today after my workout and post-workout meal. tomorrow I really need to weight first thing in the morning, so I know my baseline again. Cause I do NOT want to skip a week and see 185 lol
man i remember times in the past when i would lose touch with healthy eating. One month I'm 220, then just one month later i'm 240. I hated that so much. I never want to let that happen again, I just hurts too bad to lose the weight in the first place, let alone the 2nd, and third, etc. lol! I swear i'm done losing weight over and over again!
I weighed in at 208.3 again this morning, steak and salad for lunch, and a steak for dinner. I leave for western ks again today but will be back Thursday night.
my wife, oh my wife, she made this delicious dessert pie thingy, it's plillo dough with lots of eggs, yogurt, sugar, butter... i lost myself for a moment, my eyes rolled back in my head as i shoved half down the hatch... then i came to, and realized what I had done so this morning I worked out on an empty stomach. Only ate eggwhites and a glass of juiced veggies with the pulp. i'm self destructive... blehhhh... i feel so bad!!!!!!!!
