the one to the left is the old rear that wont work. the one to the right is the new on i picked up and hacked up.

Good News Gentlemen! My rearend is going to work and is being built as I type!

My new rear end build list includes the following
Brand New 3.50 Gears
Upgrading to Posi unit with 31 spline
Moser 31 splined hardned axels
Housing is being vatted tomorrow
New bearings
Basically new everything. I will post pics this week.

Fastphil I started to use a grinder and flapper at first but the best way is this loaded disc that attaches to the 4.5 grinder. Below is a link to a picture of both discs i used to clean my frame. The one on the left works the best but wears very fast.

Thank you. I sent you a link to the radiator. I love it but I'm going to modify my radiator support to try and sink it closer in there.
