I am thoroughly surprised that it has not been closed already. I think this has got to be one of the longest lasting "gas vs. diesel" threads that I have seen here on FTE.

I thought it was less filling tastes great.
Either way, it's silly. But I hope it doesn't get locked. It's still pretty entertaining listen to people who don't know what they're talking about talk about it....LOL!

I really didn't see anything settled ...
And, Ya know I still giggle at the "loud deezle" comments....
especially when many are putting magnaflow, cherry bomb (they are coming back
)
etc... louder mufflers on their 'quiet' gassers....
I especially love the sound of a 4 or 6 cylinder with loud mufflers (or none) - hilarious
unless you don't play your radio, or you roll down your windows,
the wind noise is typically louder than the deezle.
And if u have a WIFE and granddaugther like mine --- WHEW - turn that deezle up !!!
How in the heck can a 5 year old have SO much to talk about !?!?!!?

I'm proud of everyone here for keeping a lid on that crud. Usually, this subject gets someone's panties in a bunch and we have an outright war.
Years ago, this would have been a flame-fest to end all flame-fests.
