It's like comparing my 5.4 to Mike's v10. His truck does not have the best gearing or tranny for getting a load moving (as you saw in the videos). I don't think he would have a problem admitting that my truck did better in that situation because my truck has the better gearing/tranny combo. If I ran into Mike on a hill with us already going 25-30 mph, I have no problem admitting that his truck would smoke mine going up the hill because his poor gearing off the line would not be a factor then and his engine is more powerful than mine. Which truck is "better" depends on the situation.
You also said the ANY OTHER GT would be an easy target, didn't you? You seem to like to modify your posts once you sober up. If you're running mid 13's (which you are not, I promise) then you should have no problem beating pretty much ANY stock GT. Street racing against someone for half a block is what idiots do. The offer still stands: come on out here, pick up one of your loud-mouth buddies along the way and we'll see who's got the goods when it comes to real drag racing. Just think of all the glory! You could be showing pictures and videos to all your diesel buddies about how you whipped a gas-burning Mustang! You'll be legendary! I will even back up your story completely as well! You don't think that my truck can run mid 13's with the stuff in my sig. Do you even know what a diesel is? Here is a guy that has the same stuff done to his truck like I got done to mine except he is running a 310 tune which I also can run if I want to and he went 12.80's. So I think with a 250 tune mid 13's shouldn't be a problem.

There, for the record...V10 vs PSD doesn't exist. Nothing comes CLOSE to the 5.4...with proper atmospheric conditions, proper gearing (for the hill you're looking at) proper octane, proper load, and your very own video camera without having me in sight wanting to blow your ****ing doors off you oh-so-badly....
I'm not worried about growing oil. I'd be worried about burning valves if my Exhaust manifold wasn't properly mounted, not to mention CO poisoning since God knows a gasser doesn't burn all it gets.
So whats that catalytic converter, particulate filter and NOx absorber doing under your truck then?
You're not going to burn an exhaust valve with broken manifold bolts. The engine would likely be fine for the rest of its life too with broken bolts but you'd have to deal with the annoying sound it makes.
