I have done that with my V10 many times.
Thats what it was made for. Whats wrong with towing at 4K RPM?

I can do it all day every day and still have a full life.
It was made to do that. Did you not read the posts JL made about how they tested them?

If your PSD can make it up your drive way than so can my V10.

You can listen to him or not, but he knows what he is talking about when it comes to the 4.6,5.4 and 6.8s.

I don't see why it couldn't. My grandfather used to have a 70's model rollback that had a 351m in it. The way that thing was geared it would only do about 65 mph at top speed(~4,500 rpm). He drove it from VA to FL(530 miles one way) several times to help us move and it made it to ~200k miles before it needed to be rebuilt. And that was with an old 70's model engine that was ran above 4k rpm everywhere it went.

This could take the cake for dumbest thing I've heard on FTE ever and high on the list of all internet forums.

I guess every single vehicle in CO is diesel, even the airplanes.

When I bought my truck I got the v10. The psd was $5000 more. My truck is 10 years old with 150,000 miles. My triton v10 has been the best engine I have ever owned. If you factor in the weight difference. The v10 is a better offroad performer. There is more to trucks than towing a trailer on the road. If you dump the $5000 savings into the engine the diesel dosent stand a chance. People argue the longevity off the diesel engine. Me personally, I don't want any vehicle with a millon miles on it. I have 35" tires and still lay posi all day long after 10 years. My buddys with psd's have blown turbos, injectors, high pressure oil pumps all under 100k miles. All I have done is change the sparkplugs at 80,000 miles and oil change every 3000 miles. There are definitaly reasons for having the psd, but they don't fit my use of my truck. ps I don't have to shut my truck off in the drive through ;? lol

Sometimes even he knows he's crossed the line. That's when he tell some lie about his 16 year old son using his account and posting rubbish. If that's true, then the apple don't fall far from the tree...
