I got hooked on coffee when I was driving a truck at night...I was having a hard time staying awake between 0400-0600. I discovered sugar with a little coffee did the trick; or at least I thought so in my simple little mind. Sugar-free gum didn't always work...though it did help.

I'm with Sheldon...I never did drugs or smoked either..I figure caffiene and sugar are the lessor of all evils. I hardly drink anymore...last drink I had was many, many months ago.
Bet those kids wouldn't be able to taste the difference between generic and name brand chocolate milk....heck, a lot of the "cheap" brands are the same stuff...bottled in the same factory, with a different label on it.
I got hooked on coffee in college...working two jobs 45+ hours a week and a full schedule of 15 credit hours will do that to a person.

Not to change the subject but as you all may know I love FOOD.. I'm making fajitas. I couldn't find any flank steak (darn you northerners) so I got a big ole' slab of flat iron. Half cooked it, cut it up, dropped it back in on the peppers and onions to finish cooking (mushrooms a lil' later on). forgot to mention I marianted the flat iron for 24 hours.
Is it sad cooking something like this excites me? haha!

I guess that all depends on what level of excitement Bill haha.
I like food too. Im currently trying to shape my bod back up a little bit, after my acl surgery I got a little flabbier then id like to be, so Im on a pretty strict eating plan now. Good thing is there is lots of steak and yummy protein in it!
On Edit: for the record Ive tried smoking before, both cigarettes and weed, and didnt like either of them at all.

Sheldon you would have liked this. Man was it good! I was surprised. I used a Teriaki marinade.
What exercises are you doing? Are you trying to shake off some flab or are you trying to build muscle mass?
Push ups are always a good work out. That's all I've ever done (besides a little weight lifting but nothing to write about) and they help me retain some form.

stay away from the hot apple pies.....
speaking of addiction.... next month it will be three years since I quit smoking!
coffee about 2 cups a day, weekends can go without most of the time.

I like caffine, soda and energy drinks keep me rolling on days where the nights sleep was not as plentiful. Has any one seen those 32oz Monster BFC cans, thats enough Monster to last me the entire day.

Hey Lisa. Christmas was good. Had my parents over for a steak & shrimp dinner Christmas Eve, Christmas Day the kids came over for Fondue, and the next day we got together with my sister and my two nephews and mom again (dad was not feeling well).
