congrats on the good news Brendan.
i can't wait for this year to end.
sick and out of work for the past month with no income.
yesterday morning i had to do laundry, cause i ran out of clean clothes.
as the washer is working, the pipes start "gurgling", then the toilet backs up.
DAMN!! the sewer outlet pipe is plugged!. call the water jet company.
that is $300 i can't afford rite now.
then i open up the cellar so they can access the clean-out, and see water on the floor. what the heck is this now??
THE HOT WATER HEATER SPRUNG A LEAK!!!
ANOTHER DAMN $500 I DON'T HAVE!
then to top everything else, my niece calls to inform me that her escort just clicks when she tries to start it.
so todays to do list with money i don't have is find $500 for a water heater so i can get hot water back in the house, and then find another $150 for a starter i will have to put in in the parking lot of her work in the freezing rain while i am trying to get over having pneumonia for the past 3 weeks.
Tom - sorry to hear about your grief. When it rains it pours, but you still have a roof over your head and family nearby. Are you sure it's the starter and not just a battery that's totally shot due to the weather/cold?
