We NEED some pics of that! Although mine may not be as original, here it is.
I’ll add an interior pic tomorrow.
400 and nv4500. Carb needs rebuilt and a ton of mostly little interior things. Seals, lights, sound system, rattly doors stuff like that. Come a long way. Had her maybe 6-7 years.
At the moment it is just using the FOB for the alarm system. When I arm the alarm it locks all doors. When I disarm all doors unlock.
It also locks all doors when the key is turned on and unlocks all doors when the key is turned from on to off.
I plan on adding a physical switch in the door at some point but I've moved on to other parts of the truck right now.
I am looking for a 75 or older Crew Cab Anyone know of one for sale ?
How much you looking to spend? My '74 F-250 4wd is for sale here in CA for $15k. It's a little bit of a project to finish but not a ton. Has a cummins sitting in it, d60 front axle, nv4500 trans, sterling 10.5 rear with disk brakres, custom 42 gal aluminum fuel tank, etc., etc. etc.
There's also a clean looking 2wd one with an autofab lift in San Diego. I think he was asking $15-17k last I saw it.
well the tag is not correct to the title and the truck it's on is a supposed 78 f250 crewcab shortbed 4x4
Well at least now you know what the cab came from now... and that is wasnt originally blue or at least its been repainted at some point.

And ^this is the VIN you need on your title as its the legal VIN for your truck. Because as youve found out, doors (and even cabs) get swapped all the time and those warranty tags and certification stickers just get left on.
I picked up this crew cab. It needs some love from the booty fab! Been looking on here about a steering box and linkage upgrade. Really like ChaseTruck754 set up but due to photobucket cannot see all the photos clearly. Anyways working on getting my account restrictions lifted so I can message him, lol.
