I've put 300 miles on the new "BLUE". All I can say is WOW. Easier cold starts, more quiet, and a whole lotta fun to drive. I've gotten 17.5 mpg so far. That is mostly city driving. I know i could have gotten better if I could keep my left foot just a little lighter! That mileage is up from 14.9 last tank. I'll post my highway mileage our next road trip.
well, after much chasing my tail trying to get one of these, I ordered one from dpp. Dave was really nice and is sending it out Priority Mail to me. Both the CPS and the HPX line will be in by friday/saturday for my weekend project. I am excited and will post my results.

I would think so.. That is the way they set it up for the mail carriers
Hang on now. Mail carriers use their left foot for the throttle, as well as the brake, when driving a normal vehicle. They do this because most of the time, they sit in the middle to right side of a left-hand drive vehicle. So, they have to use their left foot for both. The the throttle pedal is still to the right of the two pedals though. However, I don't know of any mail carriers that use a PSD to deliver the mail.

Depends on how old their vehicle is, and state you live in I guess. All the carriers here have either a jeep with steering wheels and pedals on right side or a regular car with the pedals installed on right side. This was done cuz of major safety concerns. You know how some factions get. I rarely see any carrier running the old fasion way of using the left foot to work both pedals. And never seen one in a PSD either ....
Yes, they did start making or modifying the vehicles to have the driver sit on the right side, but the throttle pedal was still on the right, of the pedal set on both sides.
I recently picked up a spare cps at my local auto parts store....it is a borg warner...well, at least the box is ...think I should return it and go for the IHC cps?...anyone had any bad luck with the borg warner cps?..thanks, scott
That's my whole point. Back in post 214, Fords said something about the site being international, in your question about accelerating with the left foot. I'm simply stating, that I've never seen a throttle pedal on the left side of the pedal set. I think we're almost going in circles.

No bad luck here with the BW CPS. But, if I'm going to spend the money on a new CPS, it's definately going to be a Blue one. Actually, I already did spend the money on a new CPS, and it's a Blue one.
I would return that BW CPS and get yourself the IH Blue one.
