Rocker panel finished and a floor patch. Need to do bottom of the door jam now and then I can start fitting the cab corner back on

Little more progress done. Got that rocker and cab corner all finished up and put back together. The only thing I’m unsure of is if I got the bolt for the fender in the right spot. I also made patch panel to go over the old fuel filler hole, it looks so much better before I put black primer on it it’s gonna need a little bodywork, but I started out with a flat piece of metal. Black really does show all the imperfections. Got my new flywheel so I got that mounted with the clutch and the T5 transmission which led to having to make a new transmission cross member also had to reroute one of my airlines, because the transmission was hitting it.

Went back to the shop today after work and got the cab put back on. After installing the T5 transmission I knew I would have to cut a hole in the floor, I was hoping it wasn’t right on the edge of the transmission cover. But as luck would have it. Of course it is.

Few more updates.
built a frame and got the bucket seats mounted. I think I’m gonna keep my eye out for a shorter seat that will tuck under the rear window, a little nicer and provide a little more legroom.

My gauges from Boese engineering showed up. So I have them temporarily mounted, haven’t wired them or anything yet

I removed all the factory sound deadener from the cab and inner doors, came off a lot easier than I anticipated

Not near enough John . I have the cab in the shop and putz away at the power windows and locks periodically but forget to take any pics . It's tough to find motivation when you do the same thing most of the time for everyone else . Although to the uninitiated it may look like I'm hardly started the power windows - glass ,locks and doors in general ( mostly because of the small chop ) are really the last big hurdle in getting the cab done as the seats-steering column and most interior has been fitted .

Those seats look good, I might have to take a trip back to the scrap yard

these are comfortable seats just lose leg room cause they are to high in the back
