Going to move the front axle ahead to center it in the wheel well. I have been searching on where to measure and the distance and seems like everyone has a different idea. I was sent this pic so I’ll probably use it.

That measurement centers the wheel in the opening with the lowered stance..

Front is basically done I believe. Missing a few thing.

started on the rear. Got the axle all cleaned up and ready for new brackets. And tacked in the lower 4 link bars.

for the top bars. Because of the offset on the diff, it’s out of. 68 merc m100 truck. I’m going to have to run the bars from the out side of diff in. Instead of center of diff out. Does it really matter which way they go??

Redid the rear bottom links. Moved them to inside the frame. Where I had them I wasn’t going to be able to put the shocks on. I could of went farther out but I jumped the gun and welded the front anchor mounts. Im not using that crossmember for the upper mount. Just needed something to mock it up with. But will be making something very similar

so when I was trying to remove the old brake t on the axle I ended up breaking it off. So here’s my question. Can I just weld up this hole and drill a new one for a vent.

Built a crossmember for the rear upper links. Got everything tacked for now.
