lol! i could totally go on an egg diet if there were such a thing! there have been days that I eat probably 10 eggs. i've done 6-egg omelets and another 4 boiled eggs with a salad or something... the next day is usually ultra sulfuric if you know what im sayin the wife hates it!
I was afraid that I was stuck at 205, given that I was there for such a long time.
I can't give plasma for a while because the plasma center was under millions of gallons of water over the weekend. Of course we are getting buckets of rain currently, so that isn't helping things.
202.6 again this morning. It would have been lower, but my wife and I went to a Mexican restaurant last night and ate, and I ordered too much food.. I kind of have a love for Mexican food.
I came home, mowed, and showered. I then weighed myself at 202.2. But then, I went and ate and drank a bunch of water, so I am afraid to look at my weight the rest of the night, perhaps tomorrow it will be back down.
what was for supper?? i had some pan fried cod, salad, and a half an avacado - deliciomus! it was a long day yesterday, i had to clean out the garage for a crew to install a new door and track, and then put it all back. that was on top of my workout & walkign with my wife for a half hour. then it was leg day this morning! and that's why i'm eating a donut right now hahaha!
I haven't read all of the articles, but I am seeing lots of headlines recently about the dangers of the Keto Diet, especially long term. I haven't researched the Keto diet to know what it is, and /or if that is more or less what I am doing by accident, but I feel good, I have weight loss like I am hoping for, and I have more energy now than in years past. I am taking vitamins, and try to mix in a little veggies every few days other than the salad that I eat daily.
