I'm holding steady at 183lbs. i can see myself staying right here for quite a while... i''m looking forward to seeing how i take it throughout the winter. a lot easier to get fat now than in the spring and summer #$&#%^&*#$%^&*%$
I am holding at 202.6, or 202.4 the last several days. This seems to be where my body stopped and said.. "This is the end of the line...."
I try to stick with my diet plan, but sometimes its just not available to me, or sometimes something else is introduced into the diet that sends me in the wrong direction.
If I could eat nothing but steak and salad for a month, I feel I would have no problems reaching my goal in a hurry, but keeping them available to me is a huge part of the problem. Plus there are the family meals, that either I prepare, or my wife prepares, and it feels rude to eat something other than what the family has been presented.
yesterday I read about a diet called the "Get Shredded Diet", pretty intense! i liked reading it because it was encouraging the reader to liberate themselves from food. I've been able to do that for the most part, but all it takes to fall back into an emotional state of eating is just one meal at the inlaws for a birthday, or one fast food burger because i didn't pack enough lunch... I still believe i can overcome it in the years to come, i can't give up now. I've said it a bunch of times and i'll keep on saying it, I'm never going to put myself through severe weight loss ever again! It's too hard lol
I made Chili last night for dinner, it weighs pretty heavy in me, but should pass through pretty quick today, I just feel bad for anyone who enters the restroom after I have been in there... LOL!!
After a busy weekend, I came in at 202.4 this morning, I think this week is the week.. I believe I am going to see less than 200 this week. I am starting the week off right anyway.
i spent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday burning off brush and trees i cut over the last year, and then topped out a tree right by my house... i thought for sure i'd at least be underweight from all the sweating... nope lol still exactly 183lbs!
I am not weighing until every 2 weeks-- to many ups and down- I get so excited on the scale- and then I am sad when i either have no change or gain a little. Might even go to once a month
