I was 125 when I graduated from high school. I evidently still had some growing to do. I got picked on a bunch, because I was one of the smallest ones in the class.
Now I am nearly average size, and want to get smaller again. Life happens in weird patterns.
I am anxious to see what I look like under 200, also, now that I have figured out how to lose some of this weight without hating the process, I am anxious to see what weight I can get down to, and what I would look like not being Morbidly Obese..
it's super fun to see the results! its my addiction now lol, and it easily takes the place of food, alcohol, video games lol! though i still need my coffee every day
hey i'm gonna show yall a couple of workout videos that i made for a littel buddy of mine that has cancer. tell me what yall think! i has way too much fun making them lol
but do you guy's think that a 9 year old kid in the hospital doing chemo would think it's neat that somebody on the internet named a workout after him? or do you think he'd be like "that dude is wierd" lol
That's a good question, it may depend on his mood, or condition at the time. Its great to see you thinking outside of the box and doing your part to help.
thanks, yeah that's kinda what i'm trying to do... think of a new way to help out. I'm honestly thinking about sending the video to a local crossfit group. they name their workouts names like "the Cindy" or "the Lauren Workout" which is comprised of similar sets of movements in timed intervals... it would be so cool if they made a video of them doing the workout too!
might try adding a good helping of metamucil or benefiber every morning... might just need a good cleansing of the bowels! i've taken many a dump over 1 pound before like that lol, and sometimes multiple pounder dumbs per day haha! gives you an insight into just how much stuff is hanging around in the intestines!
