I even snuck in half a fresh Colorado peach which is pretty sugary, but o so worth it with the juicy flavor. Mmmmmm

funny you mention peach... we bought a batch of peaches that tasted horrible lol, so the wife sliced them up & boiled them in water. so the juice and the soft peach slices have been my post workout drink for the last three mornings lol! and it tasted a lot better than the raw peaches did

i mow a few lawns on my neighborhood, for ladies that can't mow anymore, and it makes a really good workout for me! i do mine, take a break, i do one of the others, take a break, then if i can i do the third one! sometime si can't fit it in, but anyway... its definitely part of my workout strategy! they're just small city lawns. i can do one in 35 minutes if i hoof it! 45 if the rain gets it growing thick lol

It's our go-to lunch anymore, tastes amazing so I grill up a dozen or so on the weekends and we just warm them up in the microwave covered with melted cheese. I typically do a big romaine leaf folded over as a bun with mayo and either sugar free bbq sauce or southwest spicy mustard. Then for toppings I go with several sliced dill pickles, a couple strips of bacon, and maybe a dallop of guacamole. It's tasty, very filling, keto-friendly, and can't be beat around our house
My wife and I split a peach every day over lunch and so far we've only had one "bad" peach out of the bunch. It was edible but just lacked flavor and sweetness, they've been super juicy though and a great snack to go with the burgers.
i think ill make that for the wife this weekend! she literally just got put on a special diet by the doctor, and its very similar to a keto diet, only no dairy, no vinegar, and maybe a couple other points here and there... all sources of carbohydrates are suspect to an intestinal problem she has, so she's only eating things like lettuce and other greens. she can have all kinds of meat though. No condiments with added sugar, no cheese, so we will probably stick with guacamole hamburgers with lettuce buns! man its gonna be good!
I enjoyed watching this after I finished up haha! It cut off on the last couple sets though, tjose would have been the funniest because I was hacking and huffing and yelling lol

Today my weight didn't go down, but it didn't go up any either. I kept my 206.6. I did snack and overeat a little yesterday, so I will have to try not to do that today.
Its back to plasma tonight, so I suspicion my weight may go back up even if I behave myself, but today is going to be a busy day at work, so maybe it will help offset it.
I started doing burpees after my normal workouts a little over a year ago, i would do 3 sets of 10 with a lot of rest in between and be worn out! it helped me out a lot though. and now that i reorganized my workout routine to have only 3 lifting days and 3 cardio/HIIT days, my capacity to do burpees and stuff has skyrocketed! and i'm still pushing the same amount of iron as before, which makes me very happy
My scale said 205.5 this morning. Most of my weight loss was from missing skin on my hands and arms while replacing brakes on my trailer. Well.. I only got one side partially completed, so would that be technically brake. I got all but one bolt off of the old one, then the bolt started spinning, so I quit asking politely and got out the cutoff wheel and cut it off. I ran out of light at the same time I got the brake bolted back on. Still need to grease it, wire it, and install the wheel.
Its interesting my scale has mostly been showing me weights of ... 208.8, 207.7, 206.6, 205.5... I wonder if that is in the programming to do that, or if there is something wrong with it. Its hard to tell at this point if it is accurate because of this. Maybe I should just buy a mechanical scale.
you could grab something that weight like 2 pounds (32oz can of coffee) and test the scale that way! step on with it & then on without it... or like a 5 pound sack of flour!
Wife asked me to make Homemade Pizza last night for dinner. Its my diet's enemy. I made a 24 inch pizza, loads of cheese, pound of hamburger, smelled delicious. I had committed to having a salad instead (In my mind)
Will power went completely absent I think it died a horrible death, ate nearly half the dang pizza myself except for the slice that my middle daughter ate.
Weighed in at 205.5 this morning and I have no explanation. Fully expected to be looking at 211...
