haha! maybe it dehydrated you a little bit! Today your muscles are topped off with glycogen and ready to work! now you just need to work them before it gets stored as fat lol
i ate some homemade sausages last night and expected to be holding some weight, but i weighed 178 lol! i did mow a lawn right before that tho

You're not the only one that slipped, lol. We went on vacation for 4 days and I decided to jump completely off the keto wagon. Had KFC breaded chicken and sides, chinese buffet, half a birthday cake, etc. and ended up gaining 10 lbs in 4 days! I hit the ground running hard on Monday morning though and was able to lose it all within 4 days again so I'm back to start weight of 240. Even had a bacon crust pizza yesterday for lunch, it was very keto and just amazing! Have I ever mentioned how much I love this diet, lol. Wife and I both started working out on Monday and we're having pretty good progress. She's doing the exercise bike and a 30 day leg exercise program and I'm doing a 30 day ab program and her leg program with her too. Our "goal" is to hit it hard for the next 30ish days until our 10th anniversary, find new clothes during our weekend trip to KC, and then maintain whatever weight we fall on by keto during the week and free-for-all eating on the weekends. Not gonna lie, going to be pretty excited to eat a hamburger with a bun again

just looked at that recipe! it reminds me of the 'Fatty' lol https://www.traegergrills.com/recipe...-sausage-fatty
i've done breakfast fatties, italian fatties, cheeseburger fatteis, mushroom fatties, onion and pepper faties ... all of them were awesome!

205.2 this morning. I don't really think I will reach my 200 mark next week with the weekend coming up. I have been just hanging out at 205 range all week.

Its ok, I already bypassed my two pound weight loss for this stretch.

It's called "Six Pack in 30 Days", and was one of the highest rated exercise apps on the Google Play store. Even though I have my extreme doubts of pulling off a six pack in a month's time, I do have to say that even at 3 days in the exercises seem to be escalating quickly in toughness and reps. I'm sure I'll see some sort of real result if I survive the whole program.

I haven't smoke a fattie (meats, that is ) in probably 10 years and I really want to do one again. Funny thing is that it was awful for me back then, now it's just part of following my diet! haha

I feel ya, I ate pretty reasonably last night and had a good workout but still ended up gaining .5 lbs :|

Something about my body is making it a pain to bust past 240, I think it knows that the BMI scale tips out of "Obese" into "Overweight" for 6' 3" between 239.9 and 240, lol

I went backwards to the tune of about 3 lbs this weekend. I got off the wagon and kicked the tires, and one of the tires broke. I have a hard time keeping a routine when schedules and options change on me. Dillon's/Kroger was out of lettuce because the truck that showed up with the lettuce, had a refer broken, so Dillon's refused the load. All they had was rotten lettuce for sale, and my wife does all of the shopping refused to go to another store to get what I needed.
Oh well, she bought an alternative that I will try to use to get by this week.

I didn't cheat this weekend while at the lake, thought I did pretty good overall. Hopped on the scale this morning and I was dead even where I was on Friday morning :|

It's back on the wagon this week, for me. At least till Friday providing my wife can keep me stocked with the ingredients I need for my meals. Looks like I am running low on steak, so it will likely be chicken quarters or chicken legs by the end of the week but they need used up before they freezer burn anyhow.

morning! i weighed 176 Saturday morning, and i have no idea why lol, its starting to get to where i can't eat enough! first time ive ever had that problem lol! greens and veggies with lean protein with every meal. can't beat it!
