Yep 6 Brussel sprouts with a few bacon bits for supper-- coffee with a little creamer and 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, the other 7 Brussel sprouts with a pinch for mozzarella for lunch. I'm not Hungary but I think we are going to test the fart weight theory! My brain keeps saying I need more to eat- get a steak- burger- something-- I gotta figure out how to shut it up. Going for fish, homemade bread (low sugar) and veggies for supper. I am so looking forward to chicken and green beans for lunch tomorrow.
So tried an experiment I saw on the I net last night- Omelets in a plastic bag- Took a freezer bag added 2 eggs, a pinch of cheese, a pinch of bacon bits, some pepper and put it in the bag and boiled it (13 min). It was something to try when camping-- no mess no fuss- no broken eggshells. Anyhoo they came out great. My daughter rated hers a 8. My wifey on the other hand rated hers a 3- (she didn't like my choice of mozzarella cheese). No pan to clean, no oil to ingest. I could add mushrooms and peppers next time. Just thought I would share this hack. Not that I would use this every morning camping (come on fried Bacon) But for a no mess quick idea it works great, and low cal!
So on a serious note I ate very healthy this weekend. Mostly leafy veggies, eggs, and at Saturday breakfast I had only 2 pieces of bacon. I Feel pretty good over all this morning. No Diet Pop- I did have 2 cups coffee a day with non-sugared flavored creamer :-(. I am going to try to keep it up day by day this week at least.
