i had cornbread for the first time i a long time this weekend, it was nice having something different indeed!
I am not weighing until every 2 weeks-- to many ups and down- I get so excited on the scale- and then I am sad when i either have no change or gain a little. Might even go to once a month
I used to do that! when i was about 250, i started working out every morning at a large gym with a scale in the locker room. I would purposefully wait either 1 week or 2 weeks at a time because it made me feel better to see more pounds gone at a time lol
I put on my 34s today. I am not sure yet that it was a good idea, making me have to pee a lot more often, but its the first time I have been able to wear them for several years.

all my 36s are loose, so loose that i'm ripping the crotches out of them now! my wife makes fun of me, she calls me baggy butt lol

That's what I'm in also, I don't think I've been in 34's since my freshman year of high school! I have 34 Hollister jeans that fit like a glove, but my work pants are a tight fit. Now to get ride of my large stock of 38 work pants and start replacing them with 34's, that's going to take a while
I gave into halloween temptations last night and chowed down on multiple pieces of candy, pizza hut pizza, and three 50 cent Sonic corndogs in one evening. Only went up .5 lbs this morning, guess I'll call that a win? haha
my neighbor brought us some fresh cinnamon rolls last night before trick or treat started, she's so nice! but it totally threw me off lol, i couldn't stop thinking about them... kept telling myself 'just one, just one' ... I ate all 6 and then the Hunger Within was awakened! before i knew it, i had gorged on almonds and cashews that my wife just bought. i woke up burping cashews haha!
SOOOOO, this morning I only had two cups of strong black coffee before i worked out. I did 10 straight minutes of ballz-2-the-wall HIIT, then almost 10 minutes of intense abs, then some more stuff like side bends, pushups, jogging, and then finished up with about 10 minutes of steady pace on my stationary bike. I ended up doing 100 pushups lol, set of 30, set of 20, then 15, 15, 10, and 10. it was awesome! take that cinnamon rolls!
breakfast was juiced veggies with the pulp and 2 eggs + about 4 egg whites. was perfect. i feel like i'm right back on track.
I too gave into the candy temptations.. Peanut butter cups.... so delicious!! I can't count high enough, I don't have that many fingers and toes... OK...well not quite that many.
I was 202.2 this morning.. Not going to reach my goal this week, so there is always next week. or.. Actually following my contract.. till the 14th.
