I am not going to change my method to meet it's standards, I am just going to stick with my plan and see where I get to.
im so sore!!! i had the day off yesterday and tried to do everythiong, i mean every thing lol, workout, wash car, mow three lawns, and i kept doing all kinds of other little thigns until i plum peetered out lol
I cooked dinner, ate, helped the youngest and her friend clean up the Slip and Slide in the back yard, and tried to take a nap. I've been super stressed out this week and am drained of energy.
i'm starting to move back to eating beans, greens, and whatever other plant based material i can get the wife to agree on lol! still eating whey protein, chicken breast, fish, and eggs. Friday is my blood panel, looking forward to seeing the results!
for nearly a year now, i've managed to keep within the 180 to 190lb range, but i'm still learning! seems that the only consistent thing that works for me is changing it up a bit lol! well, the exercise at least. i think i've found my magic recipe for food. just maximize protein and fiber, but minimize saturated fat and salt. i don't need to cut out carbs (good carbs) as much as some people do. that's the main takeaway from the last three months lol! but still no sugar!
yeah, when it starts becoming harder and harder to do the 2 lbs, I will need to look further into nutrition, and understanding it better. For now, cutting out a few fatty meals and eating more veggies seems to be doing the trick.
no reason you can't have continued success on that principle alone! lots of people out there get it done with little more than that, i wish i were one of them
I just hope I don't get sick of salads, and chicken. I realize there are a lot of other options out there, but I am just not a big veggie kind of fella.
