Yours are in the garage, with the rest of mine with their name on them. These three little beauties were hanging out in the house fridge singing sweet songs to me.
well, I am down nearly 7 lbs since Monday, I have .7 lbs to lose today to reach my goal for the month. Its been pretty easy so far. Mango V8, protein shake, green tea for breakfast, hand full of peanuts about 9:30-10 then Salad, veggies for lunch, with a protein shake, then a big ol steak and veggies or last night was a triple decker cheeseburger, with no bread or condiments. I am not saying that is a recipe for success, but I went down in weight yesterday to today.
The thing about lettuce salad for lunch, is that lettuce doesn't keep well once its been open, so its pretty much lost its appeal by Thursday and Friday.. More like mush, and I love crispy cold lettuce.
Wow man, that's incredible! Keep it up and I bet it will be a repeatable success
Yeah, 2 lbs per month should really be a pretty easy goal. I haven't cut down on the amount of food I was eating, in fact some times I was eating more than I felt I needed to. But like I say, first week weight loss is always the easiest.
great to hear you're losing! i mean winning lat weight loss ol
i'm sure once you make a routine out of it, it'll be no sweat!
bonus: i weighed 182 this morning, down a pound, and i have no idea why lol, im shifting back towards a balanced carb % & expected to begin gaining... we'll see!
Thanks! I don't know how long this drive will last, or how much determination I will have, but I did for sure need to drop back down some lbs, I was approaching my record weight.

Iceberg lettuce lasts longer if you tear it instead of cut it-- also mixed greens lasts longer the iceburg lettuce-- I have a bunch growing in a pot outside-- want a salad- walk out and pick what I need :-)
leafy greens don't last terribly long at my house, but they don't go bad ... cause i eats them too fast! tonight, we're having cod fish with probably either cabbage or mixed greens or both... gonna be goooooooood
