I eat healthier stuff when I have things that I like. I do like and eat salads and other veggies. And low or no sugar when I can get it. But if not then I just go and get and eat regular. Used to be if I was out and there were no healthy choices I would just not eat. Thing is these days if I do that I get a case of the starvin marvins and eat till I can't eat anymore. And for me that is a lot. Better to eat full regular meals for me. But they keep growing on me where I can watch them. But I just don't care much these days. I just feel I have tried for enough years and that did not work. I guess it is a bit of acceptance.
I am down 22 lbs as of this morning, I was down 25 before the weekend, but we went to a few restaurants over the weekend, even though I didn't finish my meals at each one.
I'm having trouble giving plasma, because of the diet. I am not testing with enough Protein. Now I have to weigh loosing weight fast, or making money on the side.
I'm back down 24 lbs this morning. losing some of that Weekend overeating that I had previously gained. Just in time for another upcoming weekend. I would like to get down to 216 by Friday. That would be an all time low for me. Then of course its weekend again LOL!
We are camping, but I am grilling somewhat healthy.
Count me in for the weight loss challenge! Losing 15 lbs by October or maybe even November seems possible. Well, hopefully I'll do it by December. Anyway, having support from everyone will be really helpful. For me, staying motivated and tracking my progress has made a big difference. If you're looking for an extra boost, you might want to buy steroids credit card. So, guys, let's do this together!
