I have not been eating well the last few days, and have gained some weight. I didn't run last night, instead I did maintenance on the treadmill which was dragging pretty good. I picked up some belt conditioner from Academy Sports, and used it. Our belt had been dragging and heating up, along with causing extra strain on the motor and electronics. (the manual said that we shouldn't lubricate it, but I did) It works much better now. I didn't run on it, just some walking, but I could tell a difference in smoothness already and even running it at full speed for 10 minutes, the belt didn't heat up.
same with ours, it says not to lubricate it til the computer shuts it down at like 500 machine miles... we aren't there yet, but i'm planning on just a tid bit of lube on it!
my workouts are getting pretty hard core now lol, i've been about 4 weeks back on eggs, chicken breast, fish, and just a little bit of bread, chips and other junk that i don't need. i really needed that extra protein though. i'm starting to notice a bit more fat loss again and a little better vascualrity and muscle tone... that and i'm not huffing and puffing like i have been. i love it when it seems to be working!
i know it's not that simply for a lot of us, and i know Ronnie knows that lol. i can't run anymore cause of my knee, and MAN is that a killer for somebody trying to loose fat hahaha! i just have to figure out other things to keep the heart rate up.
I don't know if I was coming down with something, or just worn out. Last night I made supper and laid down on the couch. I got up from there, and moved to bed. I feel fine today, and felt fine yesterday, but was just tired.
I gotta get back on track to weight loss soon, maybe next week. Today and this weekend are out, I can see the writing on the wall with the activities and events that I will be attending.
lol! right now i'm fighting off the cookie monster withing me, there's a big pile of chocolate chips in the break room and i've already had more than i need lol
I am still hanging at 204. I have been eating poorly and not exercising. I told myself I would get back on the treadmill on Monday, but Monday was Mr. Mom night since Julie went out to dinner and drinks with her sister-in-law, and Tuesday was Mr. Mom night while Julie went out to a movie with her sister-in-law.
