I wish losing weight was as easy as putting it on. Hunger gives me heart burn, but overeating just makes me tired sometimes. Wish it was the other way around.

Same here Del, I do well during the week but when the weekend hits we're not around and my good eating habits fall apart.

245 two days in a row :-) and seriously the lady at the eye doc yesterday asked if I lost weight (hadn't seen her since march). Made my day.

I've been slacking and eating what I want here and there. I'm at least trying to be conscious about portion size and also cutting down on sweets. Dunno, hope it accounts for something.
