I am back from vaca. I gained 5.7 lbs on the ship, but today I weighed in at only 4.6 lbs heavier than when I left. Looks like tonight is the day to try to get back on schedule with the running and some kind of diet.
if it makes you feel better, i'm up about 5 pounds in the last two weeks. only difference is that i added leans meats and a little bit of bread and chips with salt and such... i'm still trying to see where i'm going to 'land' lol
kinda relevant, over on one of the ram forums, a guy is trying to tell me that his OMAD (one meal a day) diet is better than mine lol! there's no way i could eat a day's worth of the vegetables i eat in one meal haha!
I am back up to 5.7 above today. I haven't started the exercise routine yet, and yesterday was a hectic day, so proper nutrition was not convenient. I plan to get serious on Monday for a while to get back down to 200, maybe hang out there for a bit then work on getting some of the rest of it off.
186 this morning. i think this might be my target weight for the next few months, or until mowing season starts!
guys i've been doing some intense ab workouts, holy cow i'm sore but man it really seems to help out with the cardio strangely enough!
weighed in again at 203.5 which was surprising due to I ate a bunch of food yesterday, and was up in weight the day before. Weighed in at 208.5 lbs last night before bed, and thought there was no way I could get back on track so soon. I guess yesterday was a busy day, where I was quite active, and the only time I ate bad food was during lunch. otherwise it was chicken and veggies for dinner and a protein shake and apple for breakfast.
i like friut and protein shake for breakfast! today i twas about 8 ounces of eggwhites and a piece of Ezekiel bread (i love that stuff!). then protein shake and raw veggies for brunch!
Ran on the treadmill last night again for the first time since before vacation, today I weighed in at 203.0. Foolishly I expected it to be lower, but 1/2 lb loss for the day is decent and I should be pretty happy about that.
oh crap i forgot about the bike and treadmill lol! oh well, i made this video for a guy on another forum this morning between sets, catching my breath lol
I was watching your video, and was thinking, "Cool, he has two matching Rangers!!" Nice set up, I used to have a full weight machine in the basement, but It was mostly free weights, and I was concerned that I would get pinned down and none of my girls would be strong enough to help me get the weight off. My wife complained about it enough that we finally got rid of it. We practically gave it away. I was pretty sad to see it go. I wouldn't mind something like a bowflex machine that I could use in a safer way without the concern of getting pinned.
hahaha! lol yeah that big mirror makes it way different in there. it would be so cool to have a matching ranger too, i'd put a lift and a 5.0 in one, and then a 2/3 drop and a turbo on the other
about the free weights, i'm in the same boat ... i gotta be real careful too. the only lift i really get worried about is bench press. squats i'm ok with, cause i can dump it off my back, and the larger 45s i use have a rubber ring around them to keep them from cracking on the floor lol
