211.6 this morning, did the treadmill for 2 hours last night and my heel hurts pretty good this morning. I hope that the pain goes away before tonight's run.
I went up two pounds today, 213.8, but yesterday was another big food day and no exercise, plus, I had a sore heel and was completely exhausted. I had a hard time staying awake. When I got home, I fell asleep on the couch which irritated my wife, because I was supposed to give Sophia a bath and put her to bed, but slept through it.
Guess I can't be everything to everyone.
I seem to be stuck at 211.2.. just can't break that mark, or maybe I could have if I would have spent more time on the treadmill. (my wife gave me advice saying, maybe I was spending too much on the treadmill.) She's trying to be helpful, but I think it slapped me in the face this time.
We met the wife's family in Beatrice NE today and had lunch at a BBQ place and then supper at the Black Crow. They had a good deal on prime rib. No weight loss today.
I finally dropped down to 210.3. I always want to reach lower, but I am headed the right direction even if its slow. It will go up, today is Bank Christmas dinner, and this weekend I will be home celebrating Christmas. I am ok with that.
Way to go Curtis! My scale said I gained 2 pounds last week. I had been loosing about 2 a week and the week before it said I lost 4 so I guess I am still on track now to see how I did over the weekend.
