if it makes you feel better, i lost control over some chicken portions i bought at Sam's club... i started eating the skin & before i knew it i was miserably full hahaha!
Tofu noodle spaghetti and a chicken salad last night at a potluck meeting-- and there was some great other goodies there too!. But I didn't eat anything else.
I didn't eat too bad yesterday, but spent all day sitting in a van driving. I was drained when I got home, so didn't do any exercise. Went up half a pound.
I secretly wish I was independently wealthy, and had a lot of spare time so that I could hire a personal trainer to help motivate me and educate me. However that wouldn't help with my desire to over eat and stuff myself full of pizza rolls till I turn green.
Wow...yesterday was not in the diet plans. up 4 lbs. Holy Smokes!!!
Fuzzy's Taco for lunch, rolled ice cream for desert, Umi Japanese Steakhouse for dinner, then birthday cake to finish off the night. Talk about sabotaging the diet... Good thing she only has one birthday per year.
oops! might be time for some collard greens to push all that stuff out of there lol
187 this morning! i think for the time being i've found a rhythm. long as i don't get hurt
i didn't overeat last night woohoo! got up this morning with more energy & proceeded to have an excellent workout! boiled eggs and raw veggies in mah belly right now mmmmm yeah!
weighed in at 206.1 this morning, while the overall graph would show I have had a gain, the general direction for the weekend was down. I am marinating some chicken to cook tonight on the grill, copying Applebee's Fiesta Lime Chicken recipe, I am making extra so that I can have some for lunches at work.
but i did get a realy nic eworkout in today - it was humid and warm, which means i get a lot sweatier! and my heart rate stays up quite a bit! nice little bonus when i'm trying to keep body fat down!
