201.3 this morning. I was hoping to be closer to 200 because I am really looking forward to that Greasy burger from 5 guys. Maybe by the end of the week.
I was at 201.7 this morning, but I haven't exercised for two days. Tues was a rest day, and I was busy, and yesterday I sat like a bump on a log for 8 hours while driving and about 5 hours of just standing around diagnosing an issue.
I will be below 200 come Monday.. I am determined.
I shot way up yesterday, and I have no idea why. I hadn't exercised for two days and was really stiff and sore, so didn't put a lot of effort into the treadmill last night just eased back into it. I weighed in at 205.2 this morning. Tonight I will get back on track.
it happens to mee sometimes too! right at the moment, i'm still headed down though, i weighed 183 & change this morning. that's what those cabbage salads, raw mixed veggies, and steamed kale does to me lol! next week i'll add back in eggs. after that, fish and chicken breast. i'm sure i'll put back on 5 pounds just from that alone!

i started eating cooked vegetables this weekend and i'm weighing 185... shows you how much weight in food alone hangs out in the intestines... now to see if i can hold 185 for a couple weeks!
The burger from 5 guys seems to hung on for a while. I weighed in at 200.4 this morning, but overall I am seeing a steady decrease in weight. It seems that the 199.3 was maybe partially credit to being dehydrated, I am guessing that today will be the one that puts me more naturally below the 200 lb. weight.
same here i think, i know i cna loose a lot of weight in water alone during a hot day!
man i can start eating kale and asparagus, & i swear that stuff drops the water weight better than anything except a diuretic pill! swap that for carrots and broccoli and within a day i'll be holding on to a couple more pounds lol
This morning's progress was not substantial, In fact it seems I gained yesterday, which is a little surprising considering I followed the diet and exercise to a T yesterday.
maybe it will show in a day or two more of the diet!
welp, in just three days my weight has decreased to 180.8 lol, it's because I added back in more raw veggies. for certain i feel a bit drier & less puffy. i'm going to say it's partly water and partly bowel evacuation lol
