today will be a big food day, with a turkey sandwich, snacks, salad, steak, and soup, 60 minutes of exercise, but tomorrow will suck. It will be a full liquid diet tomorrow, but the upside is no exercise!
I've been off the weight-losing wagon for a month or so now. I'm trying to cut back on over-eating but still maintaining my "regular" weight. Between work and finishing the basement I don't have much time to exercise, which I think would be a huge help. As a long-term plan I think I'll get the sheetrock done and my time frees up I'll join a gym. There's one down the road and it looks pretty affordable, even comes with a golf membership!
At my current rate of sheetrocking though I'll be lucky if I'll be done by summer of 2018 :|
214 this morning, I took a before picture, and I was comparing it to today, I can see a noticeable difference, especially in my face, but also some of my width.
213.2 this evening, walked on the treadmill for 55 minutes at different inclines. I took my iPad, and used Netflix to watch Orange is the new black series. One episode is 55 minutes long. I walked 4 miles today. Last night I watched El Camino Christmas, 124 minutes, and 7 miles. I thought with the cast of the movie, it was going to be epic, but I was wrong. It had Red from "that 70's show", Dax Sheppard, Tim Allen, Jessica Biel, and several other people I recognize from other movies.
212.7 this morning. My legs are jello, and sore. I really feel like all my energy is extracted, I would be content to get in a comfy position and not move for the rest of the day. My shoulders hurt evidently from the running?
I would have given up if I hadn't already lost 12 lbs.
Nice work man, you're making some killer progress! Good idea on watching Netflix movies, helps keep the mind occupied while the body is yelling at you to stop, lol.
Good job Curtis! I need to jump on board! You just hitting the treadmill at home? I have also been loosing but not a pound a day! maybe a pound and a half a week. IDK about this week been sick again since Saturday.
Not just the treadmill, but that is all the exercise I am doing. I am following a book that tells me what to eat and when, and how long to exercise.
Some days are harder than others, but I am down from 224 to 212. I have only had one day so far that I didn't want to keep doing it. I struggled through it, but the rest of the days have been good so far.
Following a schedule is difficult for me, because I may be out of the office with no access to a kitchen, or doing a project where I can't just stop and eat. Then it puts other meals off of schedule.
