I don't run outside, I only run on the treadmill, it has a suspension, it offers more cushion to my legs than running outside on a hard surface. I can't remember the last time I ran outside.

Lost 6 pounds in about 36 hours, had to triple check the scale to make sure I was reading right. I'm sure all the weight came out in sweat on the exercise bike, decided to go for another round on it last night and I looked like I took a swim by the time I was done :|

yeah, I drank a lot of water yesterday so weighed in at 207, but ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes, and dropped it down to 203. The book called for quite a bit of food yesterday, and no exercise, so with my 30 minutes on the treadmill I weighed in a little heavier at 202.7. today I may not see a significant weight loss either, but I guess it all depends on how the rest of the day goes.

I cain't run cause of my bad feet and leg. So unless there be a wrecked ATV near by this what Kojak would be lookin into.
Now I don't mind exercise. I kin set an watch Purdy women folk do it for hours on end.

There are lots of them at the gym I go to, but I feel self conscience when working around their perfect little rock hard bodies. I feel like the Pillsbury Dough Boy when I walk in.
